The 2 day stay in the city was a sheer delight, mostly thanks to the professional guidance provided to us by your young, talented and very promising guide - Galena. She was able, within minutes from our first meeting, to establish a high level of trust and comfort. Everything was arranged as promised by you and delivered on a timely bases. At every place we were treated like VIP's, without delays and long waiting lines. Galena's knowledge of Russian history and current events in the city and the country helped us to better know and understand the wonderful people of Russia. She made our visit to be the most pleasant and memorable in our entire trip. For that we thank Galena and you very much. Feel free to use this letter in your promotions as needed.

We had an utterly wonderful trip to St. Petersburg. I'm so glad I found your website, because our trip wouldn't have been half as good without Galina. She is a treasure; bright, fun, personable and so knowledgeable about Russian history and literature. She was the perfect match for us. She became another daughter to us and will stay with us when she returns to the US. What a superb addition to your roster of guides.

Ed,
I just got back to work and to my computer but I wanted to take the time to thank you for a wonderful time in St. Petersburg.  I was there from June 11th-15th and Galina served as my guide.  She was absolutely wonderful.  She is incredibly knowledgeable about Russian history and knew all the sites and history.  She made my trip.  I even had lost luggage and Galina was very helpful in tracking it down.  I just cannot say enough good things about her.  Please pass this on to her and let her know how great she was.  You should be proud to have a person such as Galina on your staff.
