Hi,

Oktiabrskaya Hotel was one we stayed at in August of 2000.  Was not impressed with it at all.  We were on the street side rooms and the train station noise was horrible.  When that noise stopped, the street sweepers showed up.  Three night of zero sleep.  Our friends were on the inside rooms and they got bed bugs!
